BOSTON – Throughout the past decade, the Boston Celtics have shared unforgettable moments with our men and women in uniform by granting them VIP access on Seats for Soldiers night at Boston’s TD Garden.

On Seats for Soldiers night, Celtics fans and season-ticket holders donate their tickets so service members and their families can sit courtside and engage with players and coaches.

“A number of other teams in the NBA and across other sports have their military appreciation nights, but we wanted to do it in the Celtic way,” said Dave Hoffman, senior director of community relations for the Celtics. “Not just with the branding and not just the stars and stripes and the colors and stuff, but really with a community feel to it.”

Celtics season-ticket holders can donate their tickets by logging on to their account at www.celtics.com or by emailing [email protected]. All donated tickets are given to the USO New England for distribution among the military branches.

You can send a message of support and thanks directly to service members via the USO’s Campaign to Connect: http://uso.org/messages. Your messages will appear on screens at USO locations around the world.
