Celebrating 78 Years Together

From World War II through today, the USO and The Coca-Cola Company have teamed up to bring a taste of home to service members and military families around the world. This partnership has grown from not only refreshing military personnel through financial and in-kind product assistance, to supporting the development of programming that drives continued support for service members and their families for years to come.

The USO and Coca-Cola teamed up to create a patriotic MelloYello cans to honor our service members and show their support by donating a maximum of $100,000 to the USO from May 5, 2019, through September 30, 2019.

DeCA NASCAR Salutes with Kyle Larson

The USO, teamed up with Coca-Cola and NASCAR driver Kyle Larson worked together to host the My Military Hero contest. Kyle Larson personally selected a deserving active duty or retired service member a chance to win a weekend trip and VIP experience at the Federated Auto Parts 400 in Richmond, Virginia.

NASCAR Salutes Military Spouses

NASCAR rallies America to thank service members and military families. To celebrate the theme of family, the USO partnered with NASCAR and Coca-Cola to honor military spouses for their dedication and service to our nation. Coca-Cola, NASCAR, and the USO gave four military spouses, each representative of a different service branch, the unique opportunity of being treated to a special VIP NASCAR experience at the Pocono’s Coke 400.

Coke and MLB celebrate Military Family

The USO, Coca-Cola, teamed up with Major League Baseball to reunite a service member and his spouse with their family for the first time in over a year. With special thanks to the Boston Red Sox, one deserving Marine and his wife surprised their family out in front of the Green Monster at Fenway Park.

Coke 600

Each Memorial Day, the USO and Coca-Cola support America’s military and their families at the Coca-Cola 600 in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is NASCAR’s only 600-mile race and the nation’s largest Memorial Day celebration. In addition, the USO, Harris Teeter, and Coca-Cola hosted a “Taste of the Track” event where Chef Irvine and “military chefs” from all the service branches provided meals for Gold Star and military families attending the race.
