The USO seeks to secure pricing of a reliable travel agency to assist us in managing the travel arrangements for our esteemed USO Entertainment tours, which often entail international travel and occasionally extend to remote locations.
The Global Entertainment department arranges visits for VIP guests to numerous military bases worldwide. We take pride in facilitating seamless travel for talent to and from these locations. Ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free travel experience for our tour participants is paramount to us. As our travel destinations span the globe, having after-hours support is crucial to swiftly address any travel issues and rebook arrangements promptly, ensuring our travel parties reach their destinations on schedule. USO Global Entertainment tours stand out for their close collaboration with the US military, demanding strict adherence to punctuality.
Online Contribution Platform RFP

Project Summary
USO is looking for an online fundraising platform to bring all aspects of digital fundraising under one umbrella. This should help us to create branded, customized donation pages, improve lead generation, accept online gifts (including one-time and recurring donations), transfer donor information into USO’s payment gateway.
The successful bidder will define and implement a strategy which incorporates best practices from commercial e-commerce to achieve improved lead generation, first-time gifts, and sustainer conversion. In addition to the above, USO’s objective is to grow its overall net revenue by 11% over the next three fiscal years with online fundraising increasing by 50% over the same period. To attain this goal, we must grow our international online capabilities in the following areas:
- Recurring giving programs
- Increased donation activity
- Supporter cultivation and retention
- Increased legacy (honors & memorial) giving
- New donor acquisition
- Cross-selling of supporters from other direct marketing channels
- Increase activism opportunities to engage existing and prospective donors
USO Acknowledgement & Welcome Series RFP

Project Summary
Successful and timely acknowledgement of gift receipting is an important part of building and maintaining donor loyalty which support our growth goals. The USO is seeking an Agency partner to perform the following services for its acknowledgement and welcome series:
- Provide high quality and excellent customer service to work with USO on timely execution of these two programs.
- Print, personalize and distribute twice weekly donor acknowledgements.
- Produce ongoing a four-part welcome series to onboard new donors to the USO.
- Store material inventory storage.
- Annual volume in FY2023 = 950,000 records
The successful bidder will be able to help the USO achieve its 10-year plan to achieve $76 million in gross revenues while focused on successfully positioning the USO to donors as an urgent and worthy mission in a very competitive philanthropic marketplace.
