From wildlife rescue centers to high-profile brand partnerships, Jenn has built a career on turning purpose into impact that lasts. Her work has helped generate over $250 million in value for nonprofits worldwide, through direct funding, in-kind contributions, and creative partnerships that empowered fundraising and community engagement at scale.

As Founder of Aizle Impact, she now helps companies and nonprofits build authentic partnerships that align brand strategy with cause-driven work. Previously at Xbox, she set a new standard for how one of the world’s biggest gaming brands engages with vital causes, creating frameworks and partnerships that delivered authenticity, impact, and lasting brand love. She has played a role in campaigns recognized by the Clios, Cannes Lions, Shorty Awards, PRNEWS, and ESPN’s Corporate Community Impact Awards.

Outside of work, she manages more than 20 acres of private forestland in Washington state, focused on restoring wildlife habitat and promoting ecological resilience through hands-on conservation practices.
