Global Manager, Intelligence and Threat Analysis, Royal Caribbean Group
Bridgette Arnold currently serves as the Global Manager for Intelligence and Threat Analysis at Royal Caribbean Group. In this role, she leads global efforts in identifying and analyzing threats, ensuring the safety and security of the company’s operations worldwide.
Prior to her tenure at Royal Caribbean Group, Bridgette was Airbnb’s Senior Manager for Global Law Enforcement Operations and Liaison. There, she led a global team of law enforcement response associates, overseeing the processing of data disclosure requests, coordinating with law enforcement agencies on high-profile investigations, and fostering trusted relationships with law enforcement entities around the globe.
Before joining Airbnb, Bridgette served as one of Meta’s (formerly Facebook) North America Law Enforcement Outreach Manager’s. In this role, she led strategic initiatives to cultivate and sustain essential relationships with state and local law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and industry coalitions dedicated to online safety and security across the United States. She also helped oversee Meta’s engagement with key federal investigative agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
Earlier in her career, Bridgette dedicated nearly 25 years of service as a military officer, specializing in intelligence and counterterrorism analysis, special operations, and interagency collaboration. She played a pivotal role in national security and foreign policy, contributing to both international and domestic security efforts. Additionally, she holds a Certification in Legislative Affairs from Georgetown University’s Government Affairs Institute, with expertise in strategic engagement with Congressional members and senior U.S. Government officials.
Throughout her career, spanning the Department of Defense, global technology companies, and the world’s largest home accommodation and travel business, Bridgette has consistently focused on solving complex challenges, driving meaningful change, ensuring public safety, and achieving strategic goals. Her passion for these issues has been a guiding force in her work to make a positive impact on the world.
