After witnessing an act of heroism by the U.S. Coast Guard as a child, Lt j.g. Hannah C. Walter decided early on that she wanted to join the military and become a Coastie. Now, more than two decades later, she not only has a successful career in the Coast Guard, she also recently participated in the USO’s inaugural Dancing with the Stars and Stripes showcase at Fleet Week Fort Lauderdale.
