Doug Wagoner is the Chairman of the Board for LMI. Under Doug’s leadership, the company has accelerated LMI’s technology-centric business model, enabling the company to deliver innovative digital solutions for mission-critical initiatives across national security, public health, and space—all at the pace demanded by rapidly shifting market dynamics. During Doug’s first year as LMI’s CEO, The Washington Post ranked LMI first among Top Workplaces in the largest companies category for the Greater Washington, DC, area. WashingtonExec recognized Doug as a Top 25 Executives to watch list, and he is a six time recipient of a Wash100 award recognizing the most influential leaders in the federal technology market. He serves on the Global Advisory Council for the United Service Organizations (USO), a nonprofit assisting military members and their families, and the board of directors of Thomson Reuters Special Services. Prior to joining LMI in 2020, Doug was at SAIC, retiring as sector president in 2017. In this role, Doug was responsible for the company’s operations and its over 15,000 consultants and engineers. Doug previously served as senior vice president of DSA and senior vice president at ChoicePoint (now LexisNexis). He began his career at EDS (now DXC Technology). Doug holds a bachelor’s in finance from The College of William & Mary and a master’s in business administration from Virginia Tech.
