Brent Bradshaw, Senior Vice President, Core Brands, Flowers Foods

Brent Bradshaw is senior vice president of core brands for Flowers Foods. Named to his role in 2016, he is responsible for leading brand strategy, marketing, sales, and profit efforts for the company’s Nature’s Own and Wonder brands, which collectively achieved $2 billion in 2023 retail sales, as well as other regional brands.

Bradshaw was instrumental in establishing Flowers’ multi-year partnership with the United Service Organizations (USO) in 2018 through the creation of the “Deploy The Joy” campaign, which supports a variety of programs that keep service members and their families connected throughout the military journey.

Since joining Flowers in 2003, he has held multiple roles with increasing responsibility within the company’s marketing department. Prior to his current role, he was the vice president of marketing for sweet baked goods. Under his guidance, the Mrs. Freshley’s and Tastykake brands won numerous industry awards for innovation and Tastykake was successfully expanded into new markets across the country.

Bradshaw holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Georgia in Athens and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta. He has been an active member of the American Bakers Association, where he previously served as a co-chairman of the NextGenBakers Committee.
