As we come together to celebrate our 35th Anniversary, sharing sea-stories, updating each other on where we are today and reflecting on the impact our time at the U.S. Naval Academy had on our lives, we are reminded that the next generation of USNA graduates are following in our footsteps, many of whom are our very own sons and daughters who will be carrying on the rich heritage and legacy of attending the USNA and serving our country.
Just as we have served our country, whether in the Navy or U.S. Marine Corps, the USO has been serving our U.S. Armed Forces for over 81 years. Many of us have experienced the taste of home the USO provides, from being forward deployed to Iraq, or underway in the Arabian Sea, the USO was always there to welcome us when we ported and returned to base.
