By downloading and using the USO overlays we’ve linked on the previous page (collectively, the “USO Gaming Materials”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
USO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to publicly display the USO Gaming Materials solely for the purpose of promoting and executing your fundraiser to benefit USO on Tiltify, Streamlabs and/or another fundraising platform for one (1) year from the date of your download of the USO Gaming Materials. Your use of the USO Gaming Materials is subject to the following restrictions:
- USO retains all rights in the USO Gaming Materials and any USO trademarks or other intellectual property of USO depicted in the USO Gaming Materials.
- With the exception of your use consistent with these Terms and Conditions, USO does not grant you any rights in: the subject matter depicted in the USO Gaming Materials, including, without limitation, any trademark rights, rights of publicity, or copyrights; or any other USO intellectual property.
- You may not use, display, or distribute any USO Gaming Materials or any other materials displaying the USO name, logo, or intellectual property, except as expressly authorized by USO.
- You may not manipulate, alter, or distort any USO Gaming Materials, or crop any USO Gaming Materials in a manner that would be misleading.
- You may not use the USO Gaming Materials to endorse or advertise any business, products, goods, or services.
