USO Special Delivery® is a program that hosts baby showers for military spouses and service members who are expecting, adopting, or have recently welcomed a baby (up to 6 months old), including through pregnancy, adoption, or surrogacy.

Preparing for a new child comes with its own mix of excitement and challenges. For military families, that journey can feel even more complex when you’re far from loved ones and familiar support systems. USO Special Delivery was created to provide both a sense of community and a chance to celebrate this important milestone.

Through the program, military families are invited to attend USO Special Delivery® Baby Showers featuring games, guest speakers, and opportunities to win prizes.

More importantly, these events bring together military spouses and service members who are navigating similar experiences. Whether you’re expecting or adopting, you’ll connect with others who understand the unique realities of military life and the transition into parenthood.

From pregnancy through the early months with a new baby, USO Special Delivery ensures you’re supported by both the USO and a strong, welcoming military community every step of the way.

How It Works

  • Register for a USO Special Delivery Baby Shower at your local USO Center or look below for a calendar of upcoming events, both in-person and virtually.
  • Once you have registered, you are all set to attend the event and connect with your fellow expectant parents.

What MiIitary Spouses and Service Members Receive

Each baby shower may feature its own unique mix of games, themes, and giveaways, but every attendee will receive:

  • Access to USO Special Delivery® Baby Showers, offered either virtually or in-person, at participating USO Centers.
  • Engaging baby shower activities, including games, guest speakers, and prize drawings featuring popular baby items.
  • A meaningful way to celebrate this special milestone while connecting with other expecting members of the military community and building lasting friendships.
