Kroger’s Parmesan Garlic Grilled Corn
Enjoy this simple recipe for grilled corn on the cob topped with garlic spread and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Servings: 4 Cook time: 25 minutes
Ingredients > PAM grilling spray ¼ cup > Parkay original spread > ½ tsp. garlic salt > 1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground > 4 medium ears fresh sweet corn, husks removed > 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- Spray cold grate of gas grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat.
- While grill heats, combine Parkay spread, garlic salt and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
- Grill corn 12 to 15 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, turning occasionally.
- Remove corn from grill. Brush with Parkay seasoning mixture; sprinkle entire ear of corn with cheese and serve.

Bob Harris first began volunteering at the USO Northwest Seattle-Tacoma International Airport center in 2013. Shortly after he started, he was asked if he’d be interested in picking up donated bananas and bringing them to the airport center once a week. It wasn’t long after his first delivery that Bob realized the donations runs had earned him a new nickname.
