The USO Youth Program gives military children opportunities to build lasting friendships with other military kids, strengthen their relationships with their own families and engage in activities that are both fun and a foundation for resiliency.

With activities and events geared toward all ages, the USO Youth Program gives military children chances to forge their own connections within their military community. From arts&crafts, to book clubs, to cultural events about their new host country, military kids can reduce stress, build resiliency and feel supported throughout their family’s time in uniform.

How It Works

  • Military children of active duty, Reserve or National Guard members can visit the closest participating USO Center, accompanied by a parent or guardian, to attend a USO Youth event, free of charge.
  • Find your local USO Center to learn about upcoming events and activities, or look at our list of events below, to register.
