With more than 250 locations worldwide, USO Centers provide a welcoming, home-like environment for service members and military families. Whether you’re stateside, overseas, at sea, or on the move, you’ll find a USO Center offering the familiar comforts of home and a community that understands the challenges of military life.

Types of USO Centers

Traditional USO Centers

Located on installations and in military communities, these Centers serve as the heart of the USO experience. They provide everyday connection and support, helping you feel grounded no matter how often life changes.

USO Airport Centers

Traveling for training, deployment, or a new duty station? USO Airport Centers, located in major airports across the United States and a few international hubs, offer a calm retreat along the way. For Families of the Fallen and Gold Star Families, they also provide private spaces of respite and support during travel.

USO Ship-Based Centers

Life at sea can be isolating. USO Ship-Based Centers – currently aboard ten U.S. Navy ships – provide a respite during long deployments, with internet access, gaming, entertainment and spaces to connect with home or fellow shipmates.

USO Warrior and Family Centers

Specialized Centers near major military medical facilities (in Virginia, Maryland, Texas, and Germany) support wounded, ill, and injured service members and their families. In addition to traditional USO amenities, they offer ADA-compliant spaces, therapy and wellness activities, communal kitchens and programs for military caretakers and families.

Mobile USO

Our “Centers on wheels” travel thousands of miles to bring connection and comfort to remote bases, training sites, disaster zones and community events. Outfitted with Wi-Fi, gaming, big-screen TVs, and even food service, Mobile USO vehicles ensure that no matter where you serve, the USO is by your side.

Who Can Use USO Centers?

  • USO Centers are open at no cost to: Active duty, Reserve, and National Guard service members Military family members (children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
