USO San Antonio Brief: USO San Antonio is proud to operate 4 local centers; at San Antonio International Airport in downtown San Antonio just a few steps away from the world-famous Riverwalk, at Ft. Sam Houston MEPS Military Entrance Processing Services (where new service members and their families experience the goodness the USO provides on the day they begin their military career) and a 6,200 square foot new state of the art, wellness center at Ft. Sam Houston with a demonstration kitchen. In addition to the centers we have expanded our services as well. We are proud to be one of the first five pilot sites to introduce the USO Pathfinder Transition Services, connecting targeted resources for transitioning service members and their families in more efficient, effective, and positive way on their path forward after military service. USO San Antonio is always by their side from the day they are sworn in until they transition into the next chapter of their lives after serving their country.
