If you don’t see your question listed or need any additional information, please reach out to the USO Entertainment team at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.
When and how will I be notified if I receive seats to the show?
You will receive an email (sent to the address you used to submit the drawing entry) no later than 7 January 2026 notifying you whether you were or were not selected to receive tickets to the show.
What should I do if I didn’t get an email about the ticket drawing results? If you cannot find an email in your inbox confirming whether or not you received tickets, please check your spam or junk folder first. Unfortunately, due to government or military email security settings, messages from unrecognized addresses may sometimes be filtered into spam. If you still cannot locate an email from the USO regarding your ticket drawing status, please contact [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name and the email address you used to enter the drawing in your message.
How many seats will I get?
Each winner will receive a maximum of two seats for the show they selected when entering. We regret we cannot accommodate more than two seats per winner as this is a very popular event, and we are working to accommodate as many service members and their families as possible. Please note that all seats are distributed through a random drawing system.
What time should I arrive on the day of the show? Will call for drawing winners will open two hours prior to the start of the show. You must collect your tickets 30 minutes before showtime in order to guarantee your seats. At will call, a valid military or dependent ID will be required to pick up your tickets and gain entry to the venue. Please note that if tickets are not collected by showtime, any unclaimed seats will be released at the USO’s discretion.
Is seating assigned or first-come, first-served? There is no assigned seating for the USO Comedy Show featuring Gabriel Iglesias. Seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis upon venue entry.
What if I can no longer attend the show and want to give my seats to a friend?
Seats are non-transferable, which means they cannot be sold, given, or reassigned to someone else. If you are no longer able to attend, please notify the USO at [email protected]. If the USO is made aware of a winner transferring, attempting to sell, or selling seats, the USO reserves the right to cancel your seats and redistribute them to another drawing submission. If a drawing winner fails to claim their seats on the day of the show, once the show starts, the USO reserves the right to provide any unclaimed seats to show support staff, volunteers, or additional personnel.
Is there an age requirement for the show? The USO Comedy Show featuring Gabriel Iglesias is for adults 18 years of age and older ONLY. Military and/or dependent IDs will be checked at the door. By submitting yourself for seats you acknowledge that you and your guest meet this age requirement. Please note: if you arrive at the show and are unable to provide valid identification confirming you are 18 or older if asked to provide, you may not be granted access to the event.
If I didn’t receive a ticket, can I show up on the day of the show to get a seat? Unfortunately, no additional seats will be available at will call.
Will there be food and drinks being served at the show?
Information about food and drink service will be provided by the venue.
Can attendees take photos or videos during the performance? Out of respect for the performers and to ensure the best experience for all guests, the use of flash photography and all video recording is not permitted during the performance.
