Continuing Your Journey - Mindfulness
Continuing Your Journey was created for military spouses to connect, find resources, and continue to find passion and purpose. In partnership with Brittany Boccher, 2017 Military Spouse of the Year, Continuing Your Journey was created to connect military spouses who are striving to find their spark, find organization, and purpose in their communities.
This month, Continuing Your Journey will focus on mindfulness.
Make sure to check out the USO Military Spouse Facebook page for more information about this event and other programs to support you and your family.
