The USO strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation. Since 1941, the USO — a private, nonprofit organization — has served the men and women of the U.S. military, and their families – from the moment they join, through their deployments and as they transition back to their local communities. Spanning cities and fields in the heartland of America, the USO Midwest Region proudly delivers support to thousands of military service members and their families through a network of USO Centers and Programs that spans 10 states, increasing annual service connections and boosting transition services for our service members and their families throughout their time of duty. In every corner of the Midwest, our service members will know that the USO is always by their side.
