USO Northern California provides a touch of home to over 150,000 service members and military families annually through four direct service centers and hundreds of programs throughout the region.

This 2020 season, USO Northern California has supported over 10,000 service members on the front lines battling COVID-19 efforts and the California Wildfires. In addition, USO Northern California launched the new USO SFO lounge providing first class service to traveling active duty, Reserve, Guard and their families.

Whether it is through the USO SFO airport center, one of the MEPS locations, at Travis AFB or while fighting natural disasters, USO Northern California keeps service members connected to family, home and country.
