When and how will I be notified if I receive seats to the show?

You will receive an email notifying you whether you were or were not selected to receive tickets to the show.

How many seats will I get?

Each winner will receive a maximum of two seats for the show they selected when entering. We regret we cannot accommodate more than two seats per winner as this is a very popular event, and we are working to accommodate as many service members and their families as possible. Please note that all seats are distributed through a random lottery system.

What if I can no longer attend the show and want to give my seats to a friend?

Your seats are non-transferable, which means they cannot be sold, given, or reassigned to someone else. If you are no longer able to attend, please notify the USO so we can provide another lottery submission with your seats. If the USO is made aware of a winner transferring, attempting to sell, or selling seats, USO reserves the right to cancel your seats and redistribute them to another lottery submission. If a lottery winner fails to claim their seats on the day of the show, once the show starts, the USO reserves the right to provide any unclaimed tickets to show support staff, volunteers, or additional personnel.
