Robert C. Hoff, Jr.

 

Vice President, Finance and Controller

 

Bob Hoff brings 18 years of diverse financial experience to the United Service Organizations. Before joining the USO, he served as the Controller of In2Books, Inc., a nonprofit education services company focused on children’s literacy. While at In2Books, Mr. Hoff was responsible for preparing the yearly audit, financial, consolidated and grant reports, and issuing quarterly reports to the Board of Directors.

Prior to In2Books, Mr. Hoff served as the Controller and Human Resource Manager of EADS CASA North America, the second largest global aerospace and defense group in the world, overseeing revenues in excess of $36 billion. While at EADS CASA, he was responsible for the direction of extensive audits resulting from the sale of the company, was instrumental in the relocation of the product support division and oversaw all general accounting functions.

Mr. Hoff also served as Controller of the Americas for Control Risks Group, Inc., an international consultancy with global revenues in excess of $60 million. Under his direction, regional revenue grew from $5 to $20 million.

Mr. Hoff earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Salisbury State University and his MBA from Marymount University.
