Kicking off the 2010 Warrior Games, Rolling Thunder pulled into the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., today, finishing the veterans support organizations cross-country trek, which began with a special flag raising ceremony at Ground Zero in New York City. This was one of five American flags that had been flown on the U.S.S. Arizona in Hawaii; Balad, Iraq; Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan; the DMZ in South Korea; and Ground Zero.

Opening Ceremonies kicked off tonight by the parading of 200 warrior athletes down the Olympic Pathway, displaying their service colors. NFL Hall of Famer Roger Staubach was on hand to light the Olympic torch.
