We hope you’ve all cooled off from the hottest ticket of the summer: the Second Annual “Salute to the Military” USO Concert on the South Lawn of the White House! What a great time we had, as The Killers, Brandi Carlile, and Cedric “The Entertainer” took to the stage to show their support of our Troops.
The Killers’ Brandon Flowers had this to say about the concert: “It is a monumental honor for us to be a part of this 4th of July celebration at the White House. We could never repay the service men and women of this country for their contributions and sacrifice. To perform for them and their families on America’s birthday will be our pleasure. We’d also like to thank the USO for inviting us to be part of this awesome event.”
In case you missed out on the entertainment, we wanted to share some exclusive pictures from the event. And be sure to check out the video recap below of these great performances!

Every day, America’s service members selflessly put their lives on the line to keep us safe and free. Please take a moment to let our troops know how much we appreciate their service and sacrifice.
