How do I get my tickets for the reception/dinner?

There are no "tickets" for the event. Upon arrival, you will need to check in at the registration desk and provide your name and or organization/company. It is very important that you confirm that your name is on our guest list.  

*Note: If you are attending on behalf of a Gala sponsor, please contact them to ensure that they have submitted your name.

Is there parking available?

Hourly and discounted valet parking is available on-site. 

How may I secure hotel accommodations in conjunction with the event?

The USO has a limited room block at the Washington Hilton for a rate of $219 per night. Please call 1-800-445-8667 to make your reservation and reference the “USO” room block to receive the group rate. 

How can my company sponsor and attend the Gala?

Is the Gala open to media? How do I make arrangements to cover the event?

The gala is open to the press. Contact the USO Communications Department for details GFishel@uso.org.
